The world has always been fascinated with Cuba, and especially so with Havana, the beating heart of the mysterious seductress that is the tiny island nation. Since the reestablishment of official relations with Cuba, its borders slowly opening , the world is flocking to visit a land frozen in time, a city rich with exquisite, some neglected and in instances decaying edifices of magnificence, rich baroque neo-classical architecture, visually tantalizing images of city life, its people, the 50’s classic cars, the cobblestone streets of Old Havana overlooking the Harbor, El Floridita, the famous bar in La Habana Vieja where Ernest Hemingway would imbibe after a day of writing.
The city, the port, the Malecon, El Morro Castle, La Plaza de la Revolucion, the magnificent Capital building, the countryside, the history, the color palette, the texture, the culture, rum, cigars, it all stimulates the senses, and the world is drawn back to Cuba, and that includes television and film crews.
