Geert Chatrou is literally a world-class whistler. Geert Chatrou won the “World Whistling Championships” three times, 2004, 2005 and 2008. His remarkable talent has been enjoyed in live performances around the world, from Tokyo to Boston, Helsinki to Berlin. Discovered in a “lark” performance that took him to the United States World Whistling Championships, which he won, Mr. Chatrou has since gone on to display his rare talent to audiences across the globe.
He has produced 3 CD’s, he’s been a featured speaker on Ted Talks (nearly 1.6 million views) and he was the subject of a documentary film. His music and videos have been viewed in aggregate multiple millions of times on the internet. His exceptional talent has been used in film scores, and video game sound tracks. He has performed with numerous orchestras internationally in which he has been the featured performer. His range is from jazz to klezmer to classic to pop. In all instances, Mr. Chatrou stuns audiences with a sound, style and virtuosity that defies categorization.
Aaron A. Kaplan is an internationally acclaimed and award-winning symphonic film composer as well as an orchestrator, pianist, and songwriter. His music can be heard on radio, television, and film and his musical portraits continue to be widely acclaimed. Although Aaron is noted for romantic scores and melodic symphonic works, he also can compose music for any style or genre and his music has been used in a wide variety of movie and documentary film scores.
